With over 10 years’ experience in the corporate sphere as a Company Secretary, predominantly within the Finance sector, Tamara brings a wealth of knowledge around C Suite and Senior Management organisation and corporate governance consulting.

Tamara brings over 10 years’ experience in the Company Secretariat; working in the corporate sphere in financial services as a certificated Company Secretary (GIA). She most recently practiced as Deputy Company Secretary and Operations Manager for Independent Expert Review at Pembroke Managing Agency Limited, a prominent Lloyd’s of London insurance agency, via her consulting company, Clearsky Blue Ltd.

Tamara opened Clearsky Blue in London and worked alongside small business and UK insurance companies to provide Board structure and Corporate Governance advice, Recruiting and Operations.

She has returned home to Australia to co-found Barr McIntosh Advisory, where she looks forward to working with many professionals to achieve their personal career goals.

Alongside Colin, Tamara also practices as Senior Consultant at Barr McIntosh, a boutique senior level Search & Selection firm.
